Katsu Burger Allergy & Dietary Information



At Katsu Burger, we take food allergies and dietary preferences seriously. We strive to maintain clear ingredient transparency and safe food handling practices. However, please note that cross-contamination may occur due to shared preparation and cooking areas.

If you have any allergies, please inform our staff before placing your order.


Gluten

We regret that we cannot safely accommodate guests with gluten allergies. All buns contain wheat, and our fryers are shared with other menu items.


Nuts

No nuts are used in our recipes or kitchen operations. However, some ingredients may be produced in facilities that also process nuts.


Eggs

Eggs are present in the following items:

  • Beef Katsu patties

  • Chicken Katsu patties

  • Pork Katsu patties

  • All mayonnaise varieties


Dairy

Milk or cream is used in:

  • Shakes

  • Beef Katsu batter


Shellfish

Our burgers do not contain shellfish ingredients.


Seafood

All sauces are made without seafood ingredients.


MSG

We do not use added MSG in any of our products.


Vegetarian Options

Tofu and plant-based patties are cooked in the same fryer used for fries, but this fryer is not shared with meat items.


Important Notice
